Responsible for providing pre and post-sales support to sales and operations staff on Audio Visual (AV) systems, design, programming and commissioning. Provide a comprehensive knowledge of AV low-voltage systems in order to develop technical solutions and conceptual engineering design specifications that meet customer requirements.  Will effectively communicate with internal and external customers. The lead installer works in collaboration with the project manager and the design engineer to interpret each system’s scope and drawings.  He or she will lead the installation team through a successful installation, test, and close-out of each assigned project. The lead installer must perform their job with little direct supervision and will be accountable for all physical elements of each project assigned.

This position plans, organizes, directs, and controls project activities. This includes project scheduling, cost control, labor management, material procurement, quality control, jobsite safety and customer satisfaction.
