AV Inside Sales Rep Summary - St. Louis, MO
TSI is actively seeking an audiovisual inside sales representative to join our Enterprise Accounts team in St. Louis. The Enterprise Accounts Inside Sales position provides administrative and sales processing support to the TSI Enterprise Accounts team. The goal for this person is to support the sales efforts of the Enterprise Sales Team Members and work directly with TSI’s enterprise accounts providing pre-sale and post-sales account support including quoting, order processing, and product support.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Enterprise Account Reps with Customer interactions and maintaining schedules and follow-up on task due dates and deliverables for the customers.
- Review contracts and bid requests (provide summary to sales rep)
- Proposal and Quote preparation
- Job Package creation, review, document completion as required
- Pipeline review and updates (update weekly)
- Data entry /Clerical support (letters, email, phone calls, contact/calendar support etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Sales Group telephone coverage as required
- Occasional after-hours Business Networking Events attendance as required
Knowledge and Skill Requirement:
- Strong understanding of Audio-Visual presentation systems, as well as computer networking equipment and cabling.
- Proficient with the following software applications:
- Microsoft O365 Applications including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Lists PowerPoint, OneDrive, & SharePoint
- PDF Editors like Adobe and Nitro
- 2 to 4 Year College Degree or Equivalent
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type are required.
- Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Working Conditions:
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment
- Some limited out-of-town travel may be required
